KINSLEY, population 1,658, is the County Seat of Edwards County, Kansas and is located between the divisions of Hwy.'s 50, 56 and 183. The city of Kinsley supports all the essentials & more of small community living with opportunities that are endless. The City itself is located on the west side of rolling hills, farmland and pastures with the Arkansas River & Coon Creek flowing around it.
